Fitness Instructor murdered at a church

This murder seems to be going the way of several recent such tragedies. There are some really interesting elements to it. For one thing they have video in this very modern church complex of the killer going about the church before he/she seems to have encountered Missy. He/she is one of the interesting elements of the crime as none of the video experts have
made a determination yet (or gone public) on what the sex of this perp is. Is it a man as it seems to be dressed as or is it a woman impersonating a man. This video person also seems to be dressed in what was first called police "Swat" uniform but questions have also arisen if it is actually that or if it's a combination of motorcycle gear and other padding.

There are now multiple articles on the case but very little that seems to point to a solution.
